The Aloha Section PGA is proud to present the 2026 Teaching & Coaching Summit, October 17–18 at the Golf Hale at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai on Hawaiʻi Island.

This two-day educational experience is open to everyone, and the registration fee is $350 per person. Whether you are a PGA Professional, golf instructor, coach, industry professional, or simply passionate about learning more about teaching and developing the game, we invite you to join us at Hualālai.

The annual Aloha Section Teaching & Coaching Summit brings together PGA Professionals, industry leaders, and some of the game’s most respected teachers and coaches for two days of education, collaboration, and professional development in one of Hawaiʻi’s premier golf environments.

Designed to inspire new ideas and provide practical tools that can be taken directly back to facilities and students, the Summit will explore the latest approaches to golf instruction, player development, coaching, technology, performance, and the overall student experience.

More than simply an educational conference, the Summit is an opportunity to learn from outstanding presenters while connecting with fellow professionals and coaches, sharing experiences, and continuing to elevate teaching and coaching throughout Hawaiʻi and the Pacific.

The 2026 Summit will be hosted at the Golf Hale at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai, providing an exceptional setting for interactive presentations, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.

Attire & Attendee Guidelines

To ensure a professional and enjoyable experience for everyone attending the Aloha Section PGA Teaching & Coaching Summit at Four Seasons Resort Hualālai | Golf Hale, we ask all attendees to observe the following guidelines:

Professional Attire
Golf attire is recommended throughout the two-day Summit. PGA Professionals are expected to wear long pants and appropriate golf attire. Collared golf shirts, golf footwear, and other professional golf-industry apparel are encouraged.

Please remember that attendees are representing themselves, their facilities, and the golf industry while on property. We ask everyone to maintain a professional appearance throughout the Summit.

Respect for the Property
Four Seasons Resort Hualālai and the Golf Hale provide an exceptional setting for our Summit. Please respect the resort, golf facilities, staff, members, guests, and surrounding areas at all times. Attendees should follow all posted resort and facility policies and remain within designated Summit areas unless otherwise directed.

Professional Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional, respectful, and courteous manner. The Summit is designed to encourage education, collaboration, discussion, and the exchange of ideas. Please be respectful of our presenters, fellow attendees, resort staff, and other guests on property.

Educational Sessions
Please arrive on time and be prepared for each session. We encourage attendees to actively participate, ask questions, and engage with our presenters. Mobile devices should be silenced during presentations, and phone calls should be taken outside the educational areas.

Hands-On & Outdoor Sessions
Some presentations may include demonstrations, movement, or outdoor activities at the Golf Hale. Attendees are encouraged to wear comfortable golf shoes or appropriate footwear and be prepared for Hawaiʻi’s outdoor conditions, including sun and warm temperatures.

Photography & Recording
Please be respectful when taking photographs or videos during presentations. Certain presenters may have restrictions on recording their educational content. Any instructions regarding photography, video, or distribution of presentation materials should be followed.

Cordie Walker is the founder and host of GolfWell, formerly known as Golf Science Lab, an educational golf media platform built around a simple mission: discovering what actually helps golfers get better. Through conversations and hands-on experiences with leading coaches, players, researchers, and industry experts, Cordie translates complex ideas about learning, practice, performance, and the golf swing into practical information golfers and coaches can use.

Cordie has spent more than a decade exploring the intersection of golf instruction, coaching, research, content, and business. He founded Golf in the Life of in 2013 as a resource for golf instructors to learn from successful coaches and better understand the business side of teaching. He later launched Golf Science Lab, which evolved into today's GolfWell platform.

Brian Jacobs, PGA PGA Professional | Golf Coach | Educator | Player Development Leader

Brian Jacobs is a highly respected PGA Professional, golf coach, educator, and player-development leader with more than 20 years of experience helping golfers of all ages and skill levels improve their games and perform at their best.

A Class A PGA Professional with a Master’s degree in Education, Brian combines an extensive background in teaching with a deep understanding of how golfers learn, move, practice, and perform. He is also a Certified Functional Movement Specialist through the Gray Institute, allowing him to incorporate movement and physical performance into his approach to player development.

Brian’s experience includes serving as a Lead Instructor for Golf Channel Academy and being featured as a Coach of the Week on Golf Channel’s Morning Drive. His coaching foundation also includes experience with ESPN Golf Schools under renowned instructor Hank Haney.

Brian's approach to instruction extends well beyond swing technique. Drawing on his experiences as a player, caddie, PGA Professional, and coach, he brings an inside-the-ropes perspective to player development. His coaching incorporates full-swing technique, short game, course management, tournament preparation, physical performance, decision-making, and the skills golfers need to effectively manage themselves and their games on the course.

A central theme of Brian’s coaching philosophy is teaching golfers how to play and score, not simply how to practice their golf swings. Jason Glass, BHK, CSCS, TPI Golf Performance Coach | Human Performance Expert | Educator | Speaker

Jason Glass is an internationally recognized golf performance coach, educator, speaker, and expert in rotational power, strength and conditioning, biomechanics, and human performance.

As the founder of Kinetica Performance and Tour Performance Lab, Jason has worked with professional and elite athletes across multiple sports, including athletes from the PGA TOUR, LPGA, NFL, NHL, and MLB. His extensive experience working with high-performance athletes has given him a unique understanding of how the body creates, transfers, and controls power—and how those principles can be applied to golf performance.

Jason’s work has also been closely connected with the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI), where he has contributed to the education of golf, fitness, and medical professionals in golf-specific fitness, movement, athletic development, and performance.

Jason holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Throughout his career, he has educated golf professionals, fitness professionals, and coaches around the world on functional movement, biomechanics, rotational power, physical assessment, strength and conditioning, and athletic development.
