BOARD ELECTION 2021 – 2023

As the Secretary of the Board, it is my privilege to administer the election process of the At-Large Directors of the Aloha Section PGA Board who will serve a two (2) year term. The new term will begin December 2021 and end in November 2023.

The election process will be conducted by an online election ballot which is now available online for you to review and cast your votes until 5:00PM on Sunday, October 31^st. Once the new board is convened, one of the six new At-Large Directors will be elected as the new Secretary.

Currently, there are thirteen (13) candidates that have accepted nominations to serve on the Board of our Section. You may vote up for up to six (6) candidates on the ballot. As a reminder, our Aloha Section PGA constitution requires representation from all counties. Therefore, TWO of your six votes must be used for a KAUAI candidate and a HAWAII island candidate.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Of the six votes you will cast, you must vote for one Kauai candidate and one candidate from Hawaii island. Otherwise, the whole ballot will be considered spoiled and will not count.

All votes for this year’s election will be cast ELECTRONICALLY via a secure ballot for Aloha Section members in good standing. It’s important that you read the terms of acknowledgment for the online ballot before casting your vote.

Because our constitution does not have term limits, the outgoing Directors may be nominated again for another term.
