2017 HAWAII GOLF INDUSTRY CONFERENCE | PRESENTED BY – WAILEA GOLF
HONOLULU, HI – The Professional Golfers’ Association of America (Aloha Section) is excited to announce the 2017 HAWAII GOLF INDUSTRY CONFERENCE | PRESENTED BY- WAILEA GOLF. The business conference will host PGA of America Golf Hall of Fame member, Ben Crenshaw, and PGA of America CEO Pete Bevacqua as featured speakers at the ninth biennial Hawaii Golf Industry Conference.

The conference is open to all major stakeholders of Hawaii’s core golf industry and leaders from partnering market segments that are either directly or indirectly impacted by the golf industry. These markets include, hotel and hospitality, visitor and tourism, real estate, resort development, transportation, public relations and advertising industries.
Attendees to the conference will also include our allied associations who are the key stakeholders and members of the Hawaii Golf Alliance: Hawaii State Golf Association (HSGA), Hawaii State Women’s Golf Association (HSWGA), Hawaii State Junior Golf Association (HSJGA), Hawaii Golf Retail Association (HGRA), Golf Course Superintendents Association of America – Hawaii (GCSAA), Club Managers Association of American (CMAA) and their members. The mission of the Hawaii Golf Alliance is to provide a unified voice to represent the game and business of golf in Hawaii.
A number of prominent industry professionals will be in attendance to speak on national and global trends that are currently impacting the game of golf. With a number of major issues facing the Hawaii Golf Industry, the purpose of the business conference is to discuss these challenges and create solutions to benefit all segments of the industry. The beneficiary of the event is the Aloha Section PGA Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the ASPGA. With support from this event, the Aloha Section PGA Foundation will continue to work towards its mission of developing and promoting interest in the game of golf while enhancing the lives of those that participate.

About the Aloha Section PGA: The Aloha Section PGA was established in 1976, and today is comprised of over 230 golf Professionals working at over 90 facilities within the Section. The mission of the Aloha Section PGA (ASPGA) is to promote the enjoyment and involvement in the game of golf and to contribute to its growth by providing services to golf professionals and the golf industry. The ASPGA provides competitive playing opportunities, educational seminars, and growth of the game initiatives, within the state of Hawaii.
