The 45th PGA Professional National Championship will conclude tomorrow Bayonet & Black Horse Golf Courses in Seaside California.
Aloha Section members Kevin Hayashi and Eric Dugas will tee it up tomorrow morning for the final round of the PGA Professional National Championship at 750a and 720a (PST) respectively.
Hayashi struggled during the first round (Sunday) with two doubles on the front nine to shoot 77, but would fire back in round two with an eagle on the par four 11th hole to finish the second round 1-under to make the cut by one stroke. During round three today Hayashi held on tight to shot 74 for a three day total (222) moving up seven spots from round two to be tied for 53rd.
Dugas remains one stroke back of Hayashi at 223 shooting (75-72-76) and has found the course as equally challenging. Dugas started off round two with a double on the first hole but would recover to shoot 36-36.
